Wholesale Terms & Policies

Thank you for your interest in stocking A Branch & Cord! We love partnering with shops that value creativity, quality, and handmade charm. Below are our wholesale terms to help ensure a smooth and successful partnership.

Order Minimum

• $100 minimum per order.

Shipping

• $5 flat rate shipping via USPS or UPS.

• Orders ship within 7–14 business days unless otherwise agreed upon.

• If your order is ready earlier than 7 business days, we’ll ship it out sooner.

• Local opening orders can be delivered, select this option at checkout. 

• Local pickup is available in Wilsonville, OR, select local pickup at checkout, and a email will be sent out with a scheduling link once the order is ready for pick up. 

Pricing & Payment

• Our MSRP is set at a 50% markup from wholesale pricing.

• Prepayment is required for all new accounts.

• Net 15 or Net 30 terms are available for reorders upon request.

Product Variations

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur. These small differences are part of what make each piece unique and special.

Custom Orders

• We’re happy to create custom color options upon request of any of our products.

• Have a unique macrame product idea for your shop? We'd love to hear it! 

Damages & Returns

• We do not accept returns of wholesale orders.

• If your order arrives with damaged products or packaging, please email photos to info@abranchandcord.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Packaging & Branding

• All products must be sold with our original packaging and branding to preserve the integrity of A Branch & Cord. Our branding is an important part of the customer experience and helps support awareness of our small business.
